With the entry into force of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, AI literacy is no longer a best practice — it is a legal obligation.Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, organisations must ensure that employees, managers, and decision-makers who use, oversee, or are affected by AI systems possess an adequate level of AI literacy, tailored to their role and the risks involved.

Course objective
